missing webexp module when upgrade

in very old versions of Livelink maybe prior to 9.7 there was a windows integration called Livelink Explorer. This module supplied the Oscript interaction. Explorer got replaced by what is called 'Enterprise Connect' You have to remain traces of it in KIni.
