missing web not files

I have a 5300 Raptor.I applied a patch & started getting an error about not being able to resolve a ratings item for web not.After following the instructions on the Symantec site I am missing the httprating.* files in the /var/lib/sg directory.The fetcher to manually update these files is failing & after contacting Symantec to no avail I have no content filtering,which is a BIG deal in my environment.If anyone would like to zip & email the files to me @loveladym@fixmylan.com it would be greatly appreciated.
