missing volume in recover browser

'got one of my field engineer stuck ....
While the backup of the files located in volume S seems to be ok (checked with log file), no way to restore the files (volume S not present in recover browser)
I'm new with this sw, please help.

What OS and version of Networker is the server and what OS and version of Networker on the client?

There are many known bugs in the various versions of the software. Reply with this info and we can go from there.
