Missing viewer for MS Word files

I can "view" a variety of MS attachments with my R5 client, but I cannot "view" a .doc file. According to everything I've read - the viewer is included (along with a bunch more) but only .doc doesn't work. Any ideas on what's needed to solve this. Thanks in advance.
