missing u2fsepv.dll

Hello Guys,

I'm missing in my crystal 9 on my develop machine the file u2fsepv.dll. Anybody who can tell me where to find this file ? I did yet the SP3 and the hotfixes english from 3/3/2004.... How is this possible ?
