Missing Toolbars and alike

I am using MS Word 97 but i seem to have lost all my toolbars and the main menu bar. i've tried re-installing the product but all i get is a blank page with no tool or menu bars. Anyone know how to get them back. [sig][/sig]

Have you already tried to Right clk in a empty space (where your toolbars should be),the toolbar menu shows,choose customize, choose reset? [sig][/sig]
