I have a user who recently installed Business Objects and right away is missing his/her toolbar with "file", "Edit" and so on. The toolbar seems to be hidden under the title bar of the application. All attempts to drag it down have failed. The menus are still accessable through the keyboard shortcuts. Does anyone know the name of the file that holds the personal settings for this app? I was thinking I could rename the file or delete it and the app would create a new default when restarted.
