Missing ticket #'s & transfers-- aloha TS 5.3

i just wanna say thanks in advance........yu guys are amazing!

when i see missing ticket numbers does that mean the check was closed with a zero balance?

also

we use team get check for both cocktail servers & bartenders. when i check the audit report there's excessive transfering...........when they access a check opened by someone else does it always how as a transfer? if so is there a way for me to distinguish what tabs are actually being transferred from the tabs that just had stuff added to them by multiple employees

 
When someone gets a check from someone else it shows up as 2 transfers and 2 accept checks in the audit report. Not sure how to get detailed transfer reports to find out what you are looking for except viewing the actual trans.log or the missing ticket # question.
