Using Exchange 5.5 and both Outlook 2000 & 2002 clients. When users receive an eMail message that is quite lengthly, sometimes the entire amount of text does not show. What would cause Outlook to not display the entire message???
There is a limit to the number of characters that can be contained in a single field for some email systems. (I am not aware that it is te case for Outlook, though. This typically occurs when the sender types without using the <ENTER> key. (Indicates end of line). You don't say if the person sending uses Outlook also. Have the sender break the text of the message up using the <ENTER> key and see if that works.
I am online because I am experiencing the same problem!
On some Outlook 2000 clients, When someone replies to a lengthy message, it gets truncated.
The correspondence between two users is using MS Outlook 2000.
Myrl, did you find a solution to your problem?
