Missing Text and Links not working

Help. When some users either create a message via reply or new and type some text in, once they click send the text that they have just added is missing. this has happened to a few users now and i thought it was user error or they where mad but then it happened to me so cant ignore anymore.

also one users links dont work. when sent a mail with a hyperlink and clicked on it opens an IE but doesnt load the page or any other for that matter. Any response would be greatly appreciated
