Missing Tags in IE 1

I have a friend who can't see her Tags on her PC when browsing her Web site. XP Pro, IE 6. The PC right next to hers is fine but, the top line of tags doesn't show up on her PC. I told her to restore the defaults but that didn't work. Everything sounds like it's set up OK.

Not sure what you mean by 'tags', but have a look at View, Toolbars...

If you go to "

http://www.woodyandersonford.com"

and look at the items just below the toolbar they come up about 1 1/2" of empty blue space. None of the buttons show up.

Between the Cold Fusion & Javascript, trying to interpret that page is out of my league, but I suspect that you have one of the typical image related problems.
