missing sysrnj.exe

After a current virus infection, I had to delete the sysrnj.exe, which is needed to run exe files, does anyone know where to download the file or maybe how to fix this problem, please help.

Definately follow the removal info from the link above but a simple fix for the program opening problem is to download and run exefix08.com.
