When I open Windows explorer in my user profile, I end up with an explorer window without the standard buttons (File, Edit, View etc) and Shortcut buttons. I can not right click the botton bar, to reactivate them, I can not use the shortcut alt-v-t. This has only happened recently and has not affected the administrator profile, even though both profiles have administrative privelages.
Any ideas about how I should solve this without having to setup a new user profile.
