Missing Spool32 files

Try bringing up msconfig by going to start>run and type msconfig, hit enter
In the lower right there is a button for "extract file from install disk" or something like that.
Extract them here.
If you do not know all the files to extract, then extract spool32.exe and spool32.dll then reinstall your printer. This should replace the spool32 files.
