Missing SmartIcons in WordPro

Using WordPro 9.5 under Win XP Pro

SmartIcons are missing in WordPro, but are okay in 123.
Clean screen is not checked
In the View | Show/Hide menu, Smarticons entry is unchecked and will not allow itself to become checked
In File | User Setup | SmartIcons Setup, the Bar name drop down list is empty
In the Lotus WordPro icons folder, all the .SMI and .BMP files are there.

Any suggestions to get the SmartIcons back?

BigTop, I just now saw your July 1st message. Has the WordPro Smarticon problem been resolved or do you still need help?
