Missing Services

Here is a brief description of my problem.

I have 3.71 clients and that were sucessfuly installed and was seen by the server. But now, I cannot connect to them, after checking the services on the clients, they are missing the LCFD.exe and RCSERV.EXE service from services. Does anyone know how i can manually put those services back into windows 2000 services with out having to reinstall the software?? If you need further details, just post. Also what is the latest client software now?? I heard of a version 5??

The rcserv.exe I am not sure of. To restart the lcfd as a service, just start the lcfd with -s command and it will start the endpoint as a service. The latest endpoint code version is 109.
