Missing section on form in Approach

I have a form in Approach which has several sections, each containing data from a separate dbf, linked by the same ID code.
If I start Approach with an .apr containing the main data for the ID, then open the .apr with the form, the form misses one of the component .dbf data.
However, if I start Approach with an older version of the main data for the ID (not used for a few months), then open the .apr with the form, all the data is displayed correctly.
What can be in the older main data that changes the data inclusion?
Sorry that it is confusing, but I don't know a better way to describe the problem.

I would suspect that the APR files are not looking at the same databases. Open each one and under the File menu, Approach file properties lists the path to each .DBF file. Note the locations and I expect you will find the problem.
