Missing Script mysql_install_db

hi,

I just installed mysql, the latest version 3.23.38
I am using win2000. The file mentioned in the help is missing:

./bin/mysql_install_db

I remember setting up mysql in the past with an older version and then everything was in place...

Is the help just out of date, not n'sync with the latest release???
