missing reference: active resizer

hi!
when i run my vbp,i get a error msg
"cannot find path or library" :& the
cursor points at String$ in a particular
code block.

i checked project references...
there's a missing flag on "active resizer"

am unable to find wot is the dll i require to
register.
am surprised how the exe is able to run while
the vbp cannot.

help is appreciated..
