Missing records in report

i am new to access. i have a form with a lookupcolumn that fills in data from another table.
lookup column is a list of vendors from related table, you select the vendor, it fills in the contact info.
Problem: I created report, but the data that is filled in from the lookup columns does not show. All other data that is manually entered does show up on report. What am I doing wrong?

Have you JOINed the related table in the report's underlaying query ?
