Missing Records for Actuate/Siebel Report

Hello gurus. I am currently developing a sequential report parent and two children. The information pulls in fine with no problems however, when I test the report in Siebel thick or thin client, if 9 records display in Siebel only 7 display on the report. I queried in Siebel for "Active" and clicked go. Nine show up and 7 on the report. Does anyone have any ideas?? I searched Siebel Support but got no where.

Have you reied putting a message in say, OnRead() on the Datarow, to see each row go through.

eg:

Static i As Integer
i = i + 1
ShowFactoryStatus("In OnRead " & i)


and see if it appears 9 times.
To confirm if Siebel is handing over all 9 rows.
