missing recipt

Hi,
I'm running Accpac 6 and have come accross something odd.
I have a PO which apparently has 3 receipts. At least, this is what the receipt screen tells me under number of receipts.
I cannot however find the 3rd recipt for that PO.
I'm searching under the finder in receipt entry by the PO number and only 2 receipts show up.

How could I figure out what the 3rd receipt number is?

Try the invoice entry screen, enter a bogus invoice number, enter the vendor and then click the receipt finder - filter on vendor number. You should get a list of receipts for the vendor.

The receipt finder under invoices is the same as under receipts.

I found it now going through the item history.
The issue was that 2 POs had been receipted on one RCP. Therefore the PO field only has 1 PO number.
I've fallen for that before. Is there any better way in Accpac of finding all receipts for a PO, in particular when using receipts for multiple POs?
