Missing "Maintain" under "System Manager" in Progression Explorer

Macola 7.6.300A - 32 bit

Goal:
I want to setup the Manifest Interface in Macola
1. In the Progression Explorer, select System Manager > Maintain > Company Setup.
2. Click on Page 2 and check the "Manifest?" box. Set the drive letter to the same letter as the other modules.

Current Issue:
Under "System Manager", "Maintain" or "Maintenance" does not show up. What can I do to have it show up or what are the alternatives for me to enable "Manifest?". I want to enable this so I can utilize Shipgear with WorldShip/Macola.

Thank you for clearing up the confusion. My superior thought he had full access to Macola, but was mistaken. I am new to Macola and the company and was thrown into this situation. I appreciate your answer.
