missing "Experts" in Paradox 10?

My Paradox 10 is missing the Launcher, Find Duplicate, Documentation, and Utilities Experts. When I click on Tools menu, Experts, they are represented by Yellow Question marks instead of icons, and of course, don't work. In "Perfect Expert" the icons show up, but also don't work.

I Reinstalled WP Office 200 Pro CD(Full Custom) twice, still not there. Installed another CD (Full Install), still not there!

Any ideas/HELP on this problem would be much appreciated!

First, let me say I truly appreciate the response!
Actually, I have done what you suggest - several times. I have also reinstalled WP several times. I even uninstalled, and reinstalled JUST Paradox, with all options chosen. AND I can see the missing experts folders in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE...but they STILL don't work!
More ideas, anyone??

Maddy -- I just installed Paradox 10 and seem to have the identical problem. Just wondering whether you were ever able to solve it. (Or if anyone else has more suggestions on how to solve it.)

Hello!

The missing experts in Paradox version 10 is usually due to having purchased the Corel WordPerfect 10 OEM edition CD instead of the Corel Word Perfect 10 Professional CD. The OEM edition, while it does contain Paradox 10, does not contain all the experts and samples applications that the Professional edition does.

Beware that several mail order software dealers are selling the OEM edition but are calling it the Professional edition.
