Missing punctuation from Windows 98

I converted a system from Access97 to Access 2000. Everything works fine for all users EXCEPT the ones who are on Windows 98. Their reports look fine in print preview but when they get printed, all the punctuation is missing. As you can imagine, that doesn't work too well for formatted currency fields.

I have found that if I change the font to ROD, the punctuation returns (but UGLY!) however standard fonts such as Times New Roman don't work.

Does anyone have any idea why this is or what I can do about it?

Check your printer drivers on the problem computers. We had a user who was using an older driver because she wanted it to not print blue text lighter. But when she tried to print something else up that should have printed fine, it didn't come out. At the very least, check to see if there's a new update to existing driver--maybe this was problem the printer company had and they corrected it.
