Missing Properties Dialog Box ....!!!

Hi,

In LN R4.6 Win 2K,

When selecting "Edit - Properties" / Alt+Enter Key / Properties Icon from the Menubar, the Property Dialog Box does not open.

There is no error message.

When double-clicking the Attachment Icon (for any Known file types) neither the Attachement File is not opened nor the Attachement Properties is not opening.

Can Anyone Help....

Anyway thanks for reading.
