I have a user at our company with a Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V8210 laptop. When checking My Computer/System Properties/General tab the processor information is missing, all that is displayed is the RAM information. Does anyone know what the cause and fix for this is?

Thanks in advance.

You could run CPUZ on the machine to find out if you run out of luck otherwise.

Yeah, all of CUPID's products seem to work really well from what I've tried.

Here's their site - you can get CPUZ, as well as any others that fit your needs/wants:

CPUZ specifically:

The download link is on the upper left-hand side of the page.

Do you get this information supplied if you type MsInfo32 in Start Run, or if you type SystemInfo at a Command Prompt?

Star from me, linney. I always forget those commands, and hopefully I'll start remembering them more after reading this post. That sure would give a lot of info all at one time, if I'd just remember them! :)
