Missing Printer Comments

Hi, I've got multiple printers and when I'm printing from StarOffice I can't see the comments about the printer.
When I print from ex. Notepad I can see the comments about the printer. (ex. Got a printer in another room, comments tell me where the printer is located)

Does anybody know why StarOffice can't show the comments in the printer tab?
