Missing Print Information

We are having intermediate problems when printing clients emails. The printouts are not printing the date & username information at the top of pages. This has happen with a few users. It seem to have corrected itself with all but 2 users.
The email body of text prints fine .. just the top page information is missing.

What version of the GroupWise client are you using? We're seeing this intermittently with GroupWise 8 HP2. Do not have a solution.

Which SP / HP release? I would go download GW7 SP3 HP2 and at least install the client.. But you should also update your back end.

If that doesn't fix it, you can open an SR with Novell (Should be able to) and if it is actually a defect, they can identify that and help get a fix to you.
