Missing Plug-ins from PM 7 2

I'm running an upgrade version of PM7 (upgraded from PM6.52). The product was installed using the custom install option on the Win Me platform and I do not have any of the plugin features available from the menu (drop caps, build booklet etc). What have I done wrong as I haven't spotted any install options for choosing whether or not to install these plugins when installing the software.
