Hello All,
A user was moved from one department to another using a different computer. She already had a domain account and was able to log on to the domain on the "new" computer without any problem. But when the user opened Outlook, all folders showed up except the Personal Folder. I have tried detect and repair , and also checked the View--->Folder lists, but still not showing up. Is there anything else I can try in order to recover this Personal Folder?
The user is using Outlook 2000SR-1 (Corporate) Windows XP Pro SP2.

Thank you in advance

Personal Folder might be physically located locally on the old PC.

Hello rvnguy,

Yes indeed, the pst files were on the old computer, and I was able to retrieve them.

Much Thanks
