When i try to print web pages i am viewing, I miss the right hand side of the web page. Often the text will wrap to the next line but i still miss a few words on the right side of the page. The printer is printing across the page ok, its just some of the text does not wrap.
I assume there are preferences that i can change ie margins.
but can i do this from my machine. i am on a network and the printers are located on another floor of the building. So i have no access to the printers themselves, when i phoned the tech dept they said its a problem with the web pages, i cant see that. any ideas???

The problem is with IE, IE notoriously cuts of the right hand side because it prints as you see on your screen and does not automatically word wrap. Three ways to try and fix, listed easiest to most difficult.

1) Print the document in landscape mode by going into File-->Page Setup in IE.

2) If your printer supports auto-scaling, set the printer to scale the page to fit. File-->Print go into properties of the printer.

3) Go into File-->Page Setup in IE and adjust the margins to make them wider. This doesn't always work because there will always be some pages wider than the page you're printing on.
