Missing or out of Date Dll's message when exporting CR from WEB

Hi I am trying to export my crystal reports from web.The reports are being displayed using ASP.I get an error message saying "Missing or out of date DLL's.I have checked I have all the dll's prefixing U2*.dll in the right directory.Can anybody help me with the problem.

Sometimes dll error messages can be caused by inadequate permissions (folders or tables) or a missing view (if you use one) in the database.

If the report will preview OK, but won't export, then you may be missing the export dlls.

Hve you confirmed the existance of the export dlls?
