Hello,

I am getting this message in my Access Database:
Your Microsoft Office Access datase or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'OWC10.DLL' version 1.1.
* To ensure that your datatbase or project works properly, you must fix this reference.

I can't figure out what it is refering to. The error does not affect anything in the database, it still works. But when you first open the database and click any command button it comes up. But it only happens once.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it ?

Thanks

Open any code window, then click Tools->References, then uncheck the broken reference. Then recompile and you should be good to go. Be advised, though, that if there *is* anything in your DB that relies on this DLL, that part of your database won't work properly, and you'll need to register that DLL on your system and add it back into the references.
