Missing operating system Proliant 7000

Hi

came in this morning to find our server with a message saying "missing operating system" (it sounds as if it encountered an error and rebooted itself)

There are 7 disks in raid 5 config used for webmail only

1. how can i fix this

2. How do I trace the error that caused the reboot (examinig memory.dmp file? or similar?)

any help would be appreciated thanks
