Missing NTDL file

What is the NTDL file and how do I fix the problem.

Did you mean the ntldr file? It is a 'hidden' system file that resides in C:\. It is required for WinXP/2000/NT4 to boot up. You will find it in C:\i386 folder or on the CD in the i386 folder.
