I have had this problem before and the first thing I would do is go into the device manager and make sure the nic doesn't display a problem with it,if it doesn't make sure the server is up and running because if your nic can't see a server it will not display the novell login.Make sure all your connections are in good,and if all is fine re-install the client again.Hope this helps
I am assuming that u have ur primary login on the network neighborhood set to novell netware client and that ur workgroup and other identification is correct. If there is no problem with the nic too then you'll have to reinstall the client.
