missing mscomctl2 dll

Hi,
I just got a new laptop and installed all my software on it but now when i go into my access system a lot of the active x controls i have used are blank and don't function at all. i have come to the conclusion that i am missing the mscomctl2.dll file. is this the case and if so where can i get a copy of this file.

Are you sure that "mscomctl2.dll" is correct?

The closest match on my system is either "MSCOMCTL.OCX" or "comctl32.dll".
