We are running ACT2000 on a server running wk2 and Citrix Metaframe XP, sp1, feature release 1. We added oak check and since then the menu has disappeared. If you add it back using ACTDIAG it only stays for the next time you launch ACT. Oak check has been removed and ACT removed and reinstalled.

I have the Same Problem... my menu has disappeared and I can't find a way to put it back... please help!

I correcred this by doing a manual uninstall and then installing the produst again. See Document ID: 1999042011072401 on the ACT web site
