Missing Mapped drives

Hi

When I logon to Windows XP Machines with SP 2 Installed on a windows 2003 Domain I get missing Mapped drives when looking in My computer.If I log out and log back in I get more All the Mapped drives.If I log Out and back in again there are drives missing.Although i can see the missing drives in dos.

How are you mapping the dirves? Do you have any scripts in place to handle the mappings?
