missing mailboxes from backup selection

If I create a new mailbox using Exhcange 5.5, it will not appear under the backup selection.

I am trying to get the restore function to work correctly and at present I can only do a restore of a mailbox if I redirect the restore to an existing account that was backup already. It will not find the new mailbox just created even to do a backup.

I am using v8.6 with agent for Exchange
