Missing mailbox in backup-definition

Hello,

When I check the backupjob-definition, and look through all the individual mailboxes, I miss one mailbox.

By checking the tapes, this mailbox is indeed not backupped, and thus not possible to restore.

I had to restore a mailbox, but this mailbox is missing.

Does anyone know why this could be? Any suggestions are welcome.

is the mailbox hidden?

are you able to open this mailbox up with outlook when logged on to the computer using the backup exec service account

Sorry it took so long for me to reply.

The mailbox is not hidden.
The user can access her mailbox en the exchange system manager shows the mailbox as it should.
