Missing Mailbox Contents 1

I got D115 errors when accessing my GW 5.5 e-mails - I used Mailbox/Library Maintenance to try to fix this - I went >> User/Resources; Analyze/Fix Databases; Structure; Index Check; Contents; Fix Problems; Run - this didn't seem to work - I can still see the contents of Sent Mail, but the contents of my Mailbox have disappeared - also when saving in Word it now thinks I'm using Document Management (we never have used this) - Can anyone help me please? B-)

Did it move your mailbox contents to the cabinet?

Maybe the user's pointed their archive directory to one that didn't exist, in preferences.

Or maybe it's a security problem:

Or did you migrate to 5.2? I vaguely remember something about service patch 2 for 5.2 and that a special component of gwcheck had to be installed before you upgraded.
