Missing log files

Hi everyone!

I erased all content from my logs folder, and then restarted my tomcat server but the log files are not being created, can anyone tell me why is this happening and how to resolve this problem?
I think the confiuration is ok and I don't understand whats wrong.
Can anyone of you guys help me out please?

Tomcat will create a new log after User or System has written something to the log.
If you have not written any thing to log, Tomcat will not create it.
