Missing Link Bar Styles

I am having a problem getting the styles of link bars to appear on a web site, b52dfcs.com
I open the files from my hard drive and the styles are there but when published they lose their styles. I am using FP 2003. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I tried several different styles and some work and so I used one that worked.
