Missing Lines in Reports

Hello, I have an Access 97 application. On one individuals PC it no longer prints lines when printing reports. Anyone now what would cause this and
how to fix it.

try reloading to print driver or
do a compact & repair on the database

see if this helps

Is the printer set to print in draft? This can sometimes remove the lines.
