Missing KZService

I have these files missing from my windows system KZService.exe.I cant find my windows disk at the moment,is there somewhere on the net I can find these files to download and install.What are these files used for?Will they cause problems if I havent got them?TRhey are stored in my Windows/System32 files.

This file "kzservice.exe" is part of Autocad 2000/2002 and it's ability to merge with files on the net.

I have AutoCAD 2000 on my PC,have looked at the disc and its not on there.Where can I get this file?

If you were using the Kirkland beta, you need to call Autocad to resolve this issue.
