Client has a CICS, version 30NIG00 which is 4.1 restricted software. I-ATA shows as being on ext 229. I noticed that he had 2 line cards on the KSU as well, so I connect an existing line to CO05, programmed a test phone to have that line & it worked. I then went to check the keycode for my record and there are none listed. How is that possible?

What do you mean "went to check the keycode for my record"?

Are you sure it's not 30NgG00?

When I checked the version under maintenance it showed 30NIG00 which told me me 4.1 restricted.

When I checked under "Software Keys" it shows the system ID #, next to software keys then "Key 1:_ _ _ _ _ . There's no "Next" option. Shouldn't a keycode be listed?

I know he had 3 lines on the system when he bought it from Bell originally but had another noltary move in for a while, shared the system and expanded it for more lines at one point. Now the other notary has moved on so we're back to 3 lines but with 2 line cards.
