Hi,
I installed 30 day evaluation copy of CR 9 and RAS on my PC to test java integration with Crystal reports. I am trying to test with Visual Age for Java 3.5.3. I imported all the jar files but since two class files were missing, I am not able to proceed. The class files that are missing are
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.security.internal.ISecritySession and
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.framework.IEnterpriseSession.

I dont know how these classes got missed. This is the list of jar files I had imported.
CorbaIDL.jar
MetafileRenderer.jar
OB405.jar
OBBiDir.jar
OBEvent.jar
OBIMR.jar
OBNaming.jar
OBProperty.jar
OBTest.jar
OBTime.jar
OBUtil.jar
rasapp.jar
rascore.jar
reportsourcefactory.jar
ReportTemplate.jar
Serialization.jar
webreporting.jar
WebReportWizard.jar
xerces.jar
ReportViewer.jar
ReportViewerBean.jar

Because of the missing classes, the ClientDocument and ReportAppSession classes show missing links.

I anyone have these jar files, please send the jar files to my mail id rathanakumar.ramasamy@prudential.com.

Thanx,
Rathna.

I was able to solve this problem. We cannot use VAJ to do this. Instead we need to use WASD. WASD does not try to resolve all references in imported jar files, hence the missing jar files in our case would not be a problem.
Thanx,
Rathna.
