Missing IP

OK,

I have a 2000 Server Station. My counter parts in Texas try to ping it and fail. I ping it and its good.

I go to the machine and ipconfig all

It lists all but the ip address.
Now if i right click Net. neighb. it will show the ip I have assigned it. (static IP). I rebooted him and i get a IP conflict. So I goto my desk station and use Angry IP to sniff it out, I get my server box and nothing else.

Any gurus out there got any ideas?

Running an nbtstat -n will show the name in conflict.
